  • Will a massage make me tired?
    Yes, it can make you feel tired as a result of the release of toxins and the massage's relaxing properties.
  • Should I eat before getting a massage?
    It is not recommended to eat immediately before a massage. Try to eat about 4 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Can I get a massage if I have a cold or fever?
    No. Massage is not recommended if you are feeling sick. If you’re feeling under the weather, please call as far in advance of your appointment as possible so we can reschedule when you’re feeling better.
  • Can massage help with stiff muscles or arthritis?
    Yes, massage is highly recommended for these conditions! Massage can increase blood flow to these areas and reduce inflammation.
  • Can my child get a massage?
    Yes, children of all ages can experience massage. Even infants 6 months of age and older will benefit from the healing benefits of massage therapy.
